About The Event

Come on out and meet East Coast Fibre Shepherd Diana Locke. Diana raises Icelandic Sheep for their fibre, milk and lambs. AND loves to chat about her Icelandic flock.

You will be able to purchase raw fleeces, roving and yarn directly from her today. All natural colours and great for knitting, felting and dyeing.

The roving and yarn is processed at Tap Root Fibre Lab in Nova Scotia.

Want to know more about Icelandics??? This is your chance.

Also in the Sisterhood Studio this afternoon is Janine, creator of Give it a Whorl Fibres. Many of you have taken workshops with Janine over the years. This is a rare opportunity to purchase her beautifully hand dyed yarns directly from her and to chat fibre and dyeing.

Gonna be a fabulous and busy afternoon in the HOOD. Find your thrill on Wooly Hill :)
