About The Event

Students will learn to weave a traditional basket from start to finish while learning the proper techniques and finishing touches.
This is a closed bottom basket with a push in notched handle so the beginner weaver will learn how to do a basic over/under weave. You will learn to weave a closed bottom basket and how to finish the basket with a handle.
The finished dimensions are 6”x13" at the opening and 7 1/2” high before the handle.
No experience necessary. You will go home with a beauty of a basket.
