About The Event
Weaving with two heddles on a rigid-heddle loom increases your possibilities for patterns, allowing you to weave finer fabrics.
Dawn Miller will be your guide in discovering the various fabrics you can weave with two heddles, starting with how to thread two heddles. You’ll learn how to coordinate two heddles and create twill!
Basics of colour selection (elementary colour value) and hem stitching will also be discussed.
Dawn will help you gain a firm foundation for weaving with two heddles on a rigid-heddle loom.
This workshop requires basic weaving experience and a working Rigid Heddle Loom.
Material requirements and warping instructions will be provided upon registration.
