Learn to Knit a top-down sweater

Lynn has been knitting forever! Join her to  make a baby size top-down sweater. 

The small size will enable us to cover all the basics needed, in one class, for any other top-down sweater you may want to knit. 

What does top down sweater mean?  You literally start knitting at the top, i.e, the neck. You work your way from the neck down to the underarms, working increases along the way to grow the sweater out.

To make the most of this workshop, you must know how to do a long tail or other stretchy cast-on, be able to knit and purl in the round, and use double pointed needles or magic loop.

There is a bit of homework for this class that will help us get down to the (k)nitty gritty right away.   Homework will be provided upon registration along with a material list.  The pattern will be provided for you at the workshop.
