About The Event
If you can knit and purl, you can knit socks!
Join Vivian and Lynn (two of the best sock knitters around) in this fun, easygoing workshop. You'll be making socks in no time - easy peasy.
In this four week class, you will learn basic sock construction techniques including how to knit in the round, create a heel and graft a toe. BEWARE - sock knitting is addictive.
Important to note: This workshop is 4 Wednesday mornings. October 9, 16, 23 and 30th.
Material requirements: Please bring 1 skein of Jody Long Alba (available at Sisterhood Fibres Truro) and 3.25 mm double pointed needles.
Skill Level: To make the most of this workshop, you should be competent in knitting and purling.
Please note workshops are kept small to make the most of your day. If you need to cancel, your workshop fee is non refundable but you can transfer your registration to someone else.
