About The Event

Learn how to plan a project and weave tea towels using 8/2 cotton.

A pattern will be provided for the class and you will learn how to plan your project and calculate how much yarn you will need.

What you need to bring to class:

  • a rigid heddle loom, 20” or larger
  • shuttle
  • tools for warping
  • two tubes of 8/2 cotton, one neutral and one colour.  (cotton tubes will be available to purchase at Sisterhood Fibres)

To make the most of this class, you need to be able to warp independently and have basic weaving skills.

Please note workshops are kept small to make the most of your day. If you need to cancel, your workshop fee is non refundable but you can transfer your registration to someone else. If we have a wait list and someone can take your place, you will receive a refund less a $10 processing fee.
